Eligibility:

Falc presents its Annual judged show and exhibition for 2025,  Open to all artists working in the 2D visual artworks. The FALC organizing committee reserves the right to remove any works, not suitable for public display, such artists will be notified and an opportunity will be given to replace the artwok suitable for public display.  

Accepted categories include (Juror decision will be final)

Rotary President award - $100 ( Rotary sponsored)

Honorable mention awards at judges discretion. Top three awards and the Special category awards are sponsored by University Art- Redwood.

 09/01/2025 Deadline for submissions. (Sunday 11:59 pm) 

 09/3/2025 Notification sent for acceptance. 

 09/12/2025 Receiving artwork - 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM Senior center

 09/13/2025 Panel set up : Memorial park 7:00- 9:00 am. 

 09/13/2025 Show Judging - 8:30am - 10:00am

 09/13/2025 Show - 11:00 - 6:00pm 09/13/2025 

 Reception and awards - 4:00pm - memorial park stage area 

 09/13/2025 Artwork pickup, display takedown - 6:00 pm 

 No one is allowed to take down the artwork before takedown time.If any participating artist is   not available at the time of the pick up then he/she needs to arrange back up to help out in the   take down. Steering members will not be able to take the responsibility to handle the   unattended artworks. We will request and require full support of participant volunteers as we   take down at 6:00 pm.

September 13th: Panel setup: (10 designated - Lead Sriharsha and Saikat) 7:00 - 8:30 AM Hanging: Every artist will have dedicated panels to hang their own work.

Sitting 2: (2) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM 

Sitting 3: (2) 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
